According to the CDC over 70 million Americans suffer from high blood pressure, also known as “hypertension”. 70 million Americans equals about 1 in 3 adults that have high blood pressure. We hear about it in the news, we hear about it from our doctor, we all know it’s bad, but where does it come from and how do I get rid of it? Today, we’re going to talk about Autism. I’d venture the guess that most people in today’s society have heard of autism or have a basic understanding what it is, but this wasn’t always so. Today however, due to social media and the hotly debated subject of vaccines, virtually everyone knows about or has heard of autism.
Incidence of autism was relatively rare (depending on how you look at it) before the 1990s with only 1 in every 2325 children born identified as being autistic. But in the early 90s the incidence of autism suddenly exploded with 1 in 500 US children developing autism. In most cases, surgery can be avoided with proper chiropractic care. (more…)

The injury itself is non-specific, so it can mean something different in two different people. Typically, it involves an injury to either the muscles, tendons, ligaments or discs, or a combination thereof. As there is a vast network of ligaments and muscles, an individual exam is necessary to determine the specific injury, the extend of the injury, and the correct course of treatment needed. (more…)
